Lana, I have a couple of comments I would like to make about my experience at Title Boxing. I have Parkinson’s disease and I saw a short clip on one of the news programs about a therapy program using boxer training to slow the progression of Parkinson’s. It has been a great experience. The trainers are excellent. The cost is reasonable. And if you have Parkinson’s you may qualify for financial help. The big upside is that it helps in the battle against Parkinson’s.

Knock Out Parkinson's TESTIMONIALS

Our History

The "Knock Out Parkinson's" Program was developed by two managers of TITLE Boxing Club's. Tate Wheeler, General Manager of the TITLE Boxing Club Lakeville, and Mark Royce, General Manager of the TITLE Boxing Club Arden Hills & Coon Rapids. After both Tate and Mark went through Parkinson's awareness training with Maria Walde-Douglas of Struthers Parkinsons Center at the end of 2015, the two managers collaborated to develop a Boxing Training program for people with Parkinson's.  The "Knock Out Parkinson's" Program was launched at three Twin Cities locations in March 2016 and is growing rapidly.  With the support from the National Parkinson's Foundation of Minnesota, the American Parkinson's Disease Association (APDA), Struthers Center and more, the program is set to be a wonderful exercise option for people living with Parkinson's Disease.
